An EPNS Toast Rack Based on a Design by Dr Christopher Dresser, Late 19th C

This striking late 19th Century EPNS toast rack by William Hutton & Sons was based on a design by Dr Christopher Dresser a british designer and theorist and one of the first and most important independent designers. He was hugely influential, a pivotal figure in the Aesthetic Movement and a major contributor to the allied Anglo-Japanese or Modern English style.
This is a fabulous design piece fit for any breakfast table.
