Antique Porcelain Fairy on Conch Type Shell, possibly German

This beautiful figurine possibly German is made of a fine porcelain and consists of a fairy laying upon a conch type seashell.
It measures approximately 17.5cm in height, 12.5cm across (toe to head) and 8.5cm deep.
The fairy looks to be in very good condition with no signs of damage, there is obvious wear to the paint.
Two points of the shell have been broken off at the tip. one is to the front of the shell on the left of the image, fortunately this is not very obvious and blends quite well, please see images. Another point has also been blunted, on the side, towards the bottom, underneath the fairies head.
It looks like the item the fairy is holding has had some damage at some time and been repaired, please see images for more details of condition.
